Motion to go into Executive Session at 5:13 p.m. by Comm. Darling/ Comm. Thazhampallath to discuss a pending heart and hypertension litigation and the Deputy Chief position pursuant to statutes section 1-200(6)(A), section 1-200(6)(B) and section 1-225(a) of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended. Unanimously approved.
