SFD Firefighters Raise Money for
Children's Cancer Research

South Fire District Firefighters Local-3918 IAFF, of the City of Middletown, raised over $1,300.00 to benefit children's cancer research. The firefighters participated in a fundraiser known as St.Baldrick's. St. Baldrick's is the world's largest volunteer-driven fund raising event for childhood cancer research.

The firefighters shaved their heads in solidarity of children with cancer, while requesting donations and support from friends and family.
