Position Available

Tax Clerk II

The South Fire District of the City of Middletown is accepting applications for a full time Tax Clerk II. Minimum requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CT Drivers license
  • Experience in Tax Collection
  • Experience with Quality Data Tax Collection software

Certification in Municipal Tax Collection is a plus. Finalist may be subjected to personnel file reviews, credit history checks and drug testing. Said employment is subject to a probationary period. Salary is $16.00 per hour for a 35 hour work week with a standard benefit package.
