On behalf of the South Fire District Commission, all the firefighters, and the administration staff, we would like to sincerely thank the taxpayers/voters of the District for participating in our budget and By-Laws vote. We are pleased to announce that a fiscally-sound budget, as well as important by-laws changes, were passed overwhelmingly. You, the taxpayers have spoken. This is our new mandate, and without your support and efforts, this would not have become a reality. Our commitment to you to continue to work to provide the best possible service, at fiscally-responsible rates, will not be forgotten, and we look forward to continuing to serve our district for many years to come.
